we checked in at 12 at night. I know it's quite late for mountain stay . there were no basic amenities, no electric kettle, no room heater, we requested at front desk for atleast they could make Maggie for us or anything hot as the temperature was so low and we could not manage to find any resturant at kanatal as it's offbit place but they said they can't make , it's ok , we manage but atleast they can arrange electric kettle and heater. otherwise the view from hotel balcony is eye smoothing

The cottage was very comfortable, clean. staff is good, helpful. It is a walk from inspection house to the hotel but its totally worth it. i enjoyed my stay.

Location was really good peaceful. Staff was really helpful and nice amenities were limited but overall good service

Pathetic stay. Well i begin this horrible experience right after i reached the entrance of the hotel, where i found around 30 -40 steps at much height after a long journey. This was not mentioned anywhere in the description of the property while booking. After that i was allotted a room next to the store room just equivalent to another store room. Where no space to even stand for a single person. Then i literally fought for room changing and it happened also. But another room was also in a very bad condition. Bathroom was stinking badly and the washbasin tap was broken and faucet was also not working properly. Well on total many things were not upto the mark. I really felt that 3400 was worth wasting. I request others also to please think twice before booking this property.

A bit expensive property as few facilities are missing, but the view was awesome from the room. Food is also good and service is upto the mark.

The rooms were clean and staff cordial. But the climb of 70 stairs to reach the property was very steep. Some basic amenities were missing like there was no slippers (one has to carry them from plains, the exhaust fans in most rooms were not functional (the manager was friendly enough to change room next day, some of the lights were not functional, the spa advertised is not functional. But the food was good. Overall i'll rate the property 3. 5.

Food was quite expensive property was all an all good with great view of mountains and valley hotelier can do better by providing bed or room heater as it gets really cold.
